Michael Berreth
Vice President of Promotions
Michael has made a career out of marketing cool stuff that delivers fun, enjoyment, and/or entertainment to the masses. He managed Kellogg’s Rice Krispies Treats — and Snap, Crackle and Pop — at Kellogg’s; and Raisinets, Goobers, and Sno-Caps at Nestlé. At NBC Universal, he marketed Universal Studios Hollywood theme park and launched The Fast and the Furious on DVD. At The Walt Disney Company, he managed Disney’s Winnie-the-Pooh, the world’s most valuable character franchise per a Forbes.com list. He was Head of Marketing at DiC/Cookie Jar Entertainment (now DHX Media), owner of the world’s largest independent library of animation. As a marketing consultant, he served as interim Digital Marketing Director at Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Parks and interim VP Marketing at a healthy snack food company with Sunkist snacks.
Michael loves visiting his favorite local comic books shops (House of Secrets in Burbank, Blastoff Comics in North Hollywood) and building a small but respectable comic book collection with his son.
